The Academy of Chocolate is proud to present an evening with award-winning chocolate producer Amedei on Monday 3rd December from 6.30-8.30pm, central london venue tbc.
In Amedei’s own words ‘the culture of chocolate is the continuous research of pleasures in which technique is bound to creativity and experimentation derived from passion for our work. This is a passion that leads us to continuously move the balance among aromas, perfumes, and tastes’.
Cecilia Tessieri, Amedei’s President and maître chocolatier will be talking and tasting a variety of Amedei’s finest chocolates as well as their new Peruvian chocolate Blanco de Criollo, as we learn about their chocolate making processes.
