Come and explore the world of the finest Ports with four of the UK’s award-winning chocolatiers to celebrate the launch of Chocolate Week.  Port and chocolate is a classic marriage - with some very unusual yet successful combinations, as the Academy of Chocolate and Quinta do Noval proved last autumn at the first of their joint events. This year, to celebrate the start of Chocolate Week, the theme is developed further. Noval Managing Director Christian Seely will be in London to talk through the ports and the chocolate matches.  Meet four of the country's top chocolatiers -
