MOTT GREEN, THE
CELEBRATED COCOA FARMER AND CHOCOLATE PRODUCER BRINGS
GRENADA CHOCOLATE TO LONDON FOR ONE NIGHT ONLY AT
ROCOCO.
The Grenada Chocolate
Company produces its own rare organic Trinitario cocoa
beans on small estates on the tiny Caribbean island of
Grenada. The cocoa is grown in rain forest estates where
cocoa trees alternate with nutmeg, banana, mango and
other shade trees - the perfect bio diverse setting for
ecologically grown cocoa. Their bars are dark and rich with
an intense and complex chocolate flavour. Mott will be
talking about his radical and ethical business model:
GROCOCOA, where the farmers own 20% of the GCC.
