Chantal Coady, winner of the Academy of Chocolate’s Lifetime Achievement Award 2008, tastes and talks about the chocolate story and how she built up the Rococo ‘empire’. But more than that, she takes an amusing glance at chocolate and its many pleasures and plans to give a visual and taste extravaganza, a journey into the fantasy world of chocolate.  
On display for the first time in the UK will be a white chocolate wedding dress, created by Ian Stuart (Top Bridal designer), and Laurent Couchaux (Rococo Chocolatier), an evening dress, and some Rococo lingerie.  
Rococo’s Gold Award winning hot chocolate, and an 18th Century version, will be served with a selection of the signature artisan flavours, paired with a dessert wine.
