Chantal Coady
is the founder of Rococo Chocolates, Kings Road (1983) and Marylebone High St (2004); Founder Campaign for Real Chocolate 1986; Co Founder The Chocolate Society 1991. Chantal is regularly called upon for broadcasts and consultancy and has written three highly successful books including-

- The Chocolate Companion – Apple Press 1995 (winner of the chocolate ‘Oscar’ at the Perugia Chocolate Festival 1996)

These days Chantal spends her time between the shops and the chocolate factory in South London, as well as visiting Grenada on a regular basis to work with the Grenada Chocolate Company & the ongoing cocoa regeneration project on the island.
Chantal is married to James Booth and their children are Fergus (b.1997) and Millie (b.1999) and they live in Vauxhall with their chocolate Burmese pussy cat Sootchi.
