ACADEMY OF CHOCOLATE 2015 AWARDS
The Academy of Chocolate 2015 Awards have been launched. To request an entry form email firstname.lastname@example.org
In the interests of transparency, bars will no longer be accepted for certain categories (Best Dark Bean to Bar, Best Dark Bean to Bar Over 80%, Best House Dark Chocolate Bar, Best Bean to Bar Milk Chocolate Under 45%, Best Bean to Bar Milk Over 45%). We require all submissions in these categories to be moulded in plain 50 x 5g squares with no identifying marks. Candidates entering these categories can purchase discounted moulds here, using discount code ACAD15. This discount code must be added below the total price on the checkout page. This discounts the PMC1913 mould by 57%.
